Hong Kong Post have informed us that Tropical Cyclone Warning no.8 was Signalled at 20.10 on 25 July 2026 until 12.40 on 26 July 2026. As a result, the processing and conveyance of all mail and parcel in Hong Kong were disrupted during this period. Operational impacts are expected to continue for at least one day following the resumption of services to clear any backlog.

Chilean Post have informed us that new customs regulations require taxes on goods imported into Chile to be paid at origin. Many items are arriving without the required VAT or sufficient electronic advance data, leading to a build‑up of consignments awaiting customs evaluation. As a result, delays may be observed.

Chilean Post has informed that its operations in the Coquimbo and Atacama regions are currently being affected by a weather system with heavy rainfall. Transport and delivery of all mail to and from the Coquimbo region will be delayed by at least 24 hours. In addition, the following areas will not have home delivery services where delays will be likely observed until further notice: – Illapel; Los Vilos; La Serena – Plaza de Armas; Mall Plaza La Serena; La Pampa; La Serena – El Milagro; Ovalle; Vicuña.

Gibraltar Post has informed that following the implementation of the agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in respect of Gibraltar, 15 July 2026, commercial air transport operating to and from Gibraltar will no longer be permitted to carry commercial freight (letters and documents can still be handled). Hence from 15th July 2026, postal items will no longer be transported by air directly to or from Gibraltar but by road via Spain. Transit times from UK to Gibraltar is therefore likely increased as a result.

Due to upcoming EU customs changes, postal operators in Denmark and Luxembourg will stop accepting DDU/DAP shipments as of 1 July 2026. Therefore, DDU label creation through XBS for these destinations will no longer be available from 26 June 2026. 

Delays likely across all EU destinations as the new €3 handling fee comes into force.

Our delivery partners have advised of potential disruptions across parts of Europe due to ongoing extreme temperatures. As a result, weather warnings may impact operational processing and transportation activities. To ensure safe working conditions, shipments may experience delays of up to 48 hours. Delays have already been reported in France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. However, additional European countries may also be affected as several regions are currently under red weather warnings.

Israel Post has advised that the Government of Israel has introduced a change to the tax-free import threshold for personal shipments. With immediate effect, items purchased online from abroad with a value of up to USD 75 are exempt from VAT. Please note that this exemption does not apply to tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, or electronic cigarettes.

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding shipments to Australia.
Effective 31 May 2026, Australia Post has introduced a new requirement for all manifested shipments. Receiver contact details, including a valid phone number and email address, will now be mandatory.

Please note the following:
• The phone number provided must be a valid Australian number.
• The maximum length of the receiver’s phone number is 10 characters, and the allowable characters are “0-9” (digits only.) Examples are: 0491570156.
For AU shipments, an Australian mobile number is required. Recommended format examples are 0491570156, +61491570156, +61 491 570 156, 61491570156, 61 491 570 156.
• Non-Australian numbers, placeholders, or dummy values will cause the shipment manifest to fail.
• Failed manifests may result in delays and additional carrier charges.

To ensure smooth processing and avoid any disruptions, we kindly ask that you provide accurate and valid receiver contact details for all shipments to Australia moving forward.

Israeli Post previously informed us that a state of emergency was declared as of Friday, the 13th June 2025 and this has now been extended until at least the 19th May 2026. We have now reinstated our services to Israel but please note that due to the current situation in the region customers should anticipate delays. The situation is fluid and we will continue to provide further updates as we receive them. Please note at this time, we are unable to accept items addressed to Gaza or Khan Yunis and The West Bank.

Democratic Republic of the Congo Post has advised that the suspension of transport routes in areas under rebel occupation remains in effect. As a result, secure postal delivery cannot currently be assured in the eastern provinces, specifically North Kivu, South Kivu and Ituri. Postal services to all other regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo continue to operate normally.
